Bulky clothes will arrive in a 70x50x10 box, in order to keep the dress as flat as possible, so as to avoid any damage.

Often, International and European orders can remain in customs for several days, waiting to be examined. Unfortunately, this is not the responsibility of Secret Times. However, you can let me know through the various contacts, and I will forward a reminder and open a case with the courier.

The garments and accessories for sale do not have a size because they are all made to measure for the customer. With each purchase you will also provide your measurements and the garment will be tailored accordingly.

The garments ready for shipment can be found in the section of the store READY CLOTHES. Usually, however, this section is not regularly stocked and not all sizes are available. My store works mainly on custom sizes. The size of the dress you will find in the description.

I suggest ordering the dress at least two months before the event. In case of shorter deadlines, an additional urgency fee may be applied. In any case, for any particular need, send me an email to info@secret-times.it and I will be happy to help you as much as I can.

Yes, it is possible to make an appointment at the Laboratory (Via Radici in Piano 526, Sassuolo (MO)), and have the measurements taken directly. If you don’t have the possibility to come here, there is also the possibility to make a video call to take the measurements together.
